I am a dog walker who has been providing professional dog walking services in Portsmouth & Southsea since 2017.
Your dog is an important member of your family, but todays requirements often mean he or she is left at home for extended periods of time.
My services aim to keep your dog healthy, well excercised and socialised. I will collect your dog from your home, safely transport them, for an hour (minimum) of walks and exercise. Before returning home your dog will be cleaned up and be tired and happy.
For those clients whose work patterns mean one dog walk is not enough, I offer half and full day care, combining dog walks with time at my home that is licensed by Portsmouth City Council for exactly that purpose.
If dog is walked by DC Dog Walks, you can secure boarding by arrangement for those times you need a longer break.

DC Dog Walks is the trading name for my services, I am a sole operator.
This means when you book my services for your dogs they will be in my sole care.
I have no employees, so your dogs will establish a routine and bond as part of my dog pack.
I have owned or worked with dogs for many years with breeds ranging from Ridgebacks, Collies and Spaniels. My last dogs were a pair of ex-racing Greyhounds called Frazier and Nellie (that's them in the photo).

David has been walking Quinn for a while now and as the photos show, Quinn has a great time romping around with the other dogs but I know I can trust him completely with David. I first met David on Milton Common and was very impressed by the behaviour of his own dogs and of his knowledge of dogs and training. Hence he started to walk Quinn and is prepared to cope with the problems this can bring - particularly near squirrels and moving animals!! Quinn responds well to him, respects him and we are both learning from him. Not just a dog walker - a true dog lover and carer!!

Hugo is staying with Dave and I trusted him straight away, he loves his time with him Hugo is hectic dog with loads of Energy and Dave gives him the best walks . I can go off to work knowing he is safe hands and having fun with other dogs on the walk . He is also good value for money ,as well he walks them on interesting walks which keeps my hectic working cocker stimulated .
We are so happy to have found David. Our dog has been in daycare, gets regular walks and and boarding. Alfie adores him and is completely exhausted after an hour of running around with the other dogs in the group - there is no one we trust more!
Otis loves his walks with David. DC Dog Walks takes individual behavioural needs into consideration when integrating into the packs, takes the doggy gang to varied locations each day taking in the beaches, woodland and parks. I totally trust that Otis is well looked after and stimulated on his walks with David.

Our dog Ellie loves her walks with David, she gets interesting, long walks which really enhance her quality of life. She gets to mix with the other dogs and enjoys walks at the beach, in the woods and in lots of different locations in the local area. David is brilliant, particularly if you have a dog with a few ‘quirks’ as I do! He takes into account any behaviour issues and tailors the walks accordingly, both on group or individual dog walks, which are always varied between woodland, beaches and open green space.
